•Shipping•
All in stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of cleared
payment. You and I will determine a projected ship date for any
custom purchases at the time of order confirmation. My default
shipping method is First Class for all packages under 14 oz. and
Parcel Post for packages weighing 14 oz. and up. Unless I am
advised otherwise, this is how all items will ship. It is
strongly suggested that you purchase shipping insurance for all
purchases, as I cannot be held responsible for items after they
leave my hands. All items will be sent with Delivery Confirmation.
I will not ship to unverified buyers. If you cannot pay with a
verified Paypal account, your item will be refunded and
restocked. All purchased items will be mailed to the address
shown on the Paypal payment invoice - no exceptions. If you are
stalking an item for another buyer, please forward the request for
payment to them so that I am provided with the correct shipping
address.
I am happy to provide combined or international shipping quotes.
•Payment Options•
At this time, Arabesque baby accepts funded, e-check, and credit
card funded Paypal payments only. All items must be paid for
within 24 hours of purchase to avoid order cancellation. Items
will not be shipped before confirmation of cleared payment.
•Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds•
Returns of new, unwashed, unworn items are welcome within 15 days
of purchase. Returned items will be refunded unless a suitable
item is agreed upon for exchange. Clearance items and items listed
as “seconds” are final sales and are not eligible for return,
exchange, or refund. Items purchased second hand are not
guaranteed in any way and are also not eligible for return,
exchange, or refund.
•Defective Merchandise•
I am more than happy to refund, exchange, or repair defective
merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Defective merchandise is
defined as merchandise that is damaged or unusable due to flawed
craftsmanship, construction, or materials. Improper care or misuse
of your item voids any warranty.
